If you intend to go to sleep at around 11:00, your last meal should be around 8:00pm.
If you go to bed having just eaten, especially a heavy meal high in carbohydrates or deep fried, processed foods your body has to digest it first instead of focusing on repair. If you feel like you need to eat something before bed, try a small snack that is high in tryptophan, an amino acid which can help sleep, try a few slices of smoked salmon or sashimi, a boiled egg, some plain unsweetened yoghurt, a handful of nuts or seeds. Just make sure to keep it light.
