When can I fast?
Any dates of your choosing. Please make sure to plan out your social calendars prior.
For women in their fertility years, it is advised to fast between days 1 - 12 of their menstrual cycle.

How will I get the food?
All food is supplied in a box before you start - please note this is a fasting mimicking programme so the food supplied is to meet your nutritional needs but keep your body in a fasted state. The food is a combination of soups, bars and a few small snacks as well as curated supplements and teas.
Can I have my coffee?
It's better to go without. But if you need to, black coffee with nothing added is fine, but minimize it to 1 cup a day.
