
Remove the foods that burden the liver; fast food, processed food with flavourings, colourings and preservatives, alcohol, coffee, sugar and gluten all place a burden on your liver.
Increase your veggie intake to 6-8 cups of vegetables per day- focus on leafy greens. If you currently eat 1 cup, increase to 2-3 cups and build from there. Start with where you are. At least 1/2 veg portion cruciferous vegetables.(cauliflower, kale, broccoli, broccoli sprouts, Asian greens)

Epsom Soak: The best time to have an Epsom soak is in the evening just before bed. If you have a bath put 1 cup of Epsom salts directly in your bath. Drink a vegetable juice or warm lemon water, have a salad of leafy greens, add a Tbsp of chia seeds or flax seeds to your smoothie, have 1Tbsp coconut oil, eat some papaya or 2-3 prunes.The simplest step is often overlooked- make sure you are drinking enough water.
Oil pull: This is an Ancient Ayurvedic remedy for oral health & detoxification. The best time to "oil pull" is when you first wake up take 1 Tbsp coconut oil and swish it around your mouth for 15-20 minutes. This may take some getting used to so make sure you don’t swallow. Spit out the coconut oil and rinse your mouth with some salt water before brushing your teeth.
