Bio-fizz Vitamin C- Designs for Health

Why do we like it?

This powder easily provides therapeutic dosing of vitamin C and bioflavonoids. Potassium bicarbonate is included in this formula as a buffering agent and to give it “fizz.” Also included are quercetin, hesperidin and rutin, which are all natural bioflavonoids found in citrus fruits. It has around 2569mg of Vitamin C per teaspoon so it’s a great product to dose up on at the sight of a cold.

How we use it?:

We usually take Stellar C which is a Vitamin C capsule but if we are travelling, under a lot of stress or starting to feel the onset of a cold this is a great product as its high dose means it’s easy to build up your Vitamin C store. Remember if you take too much Vitamin C, you may experience loose stools and then simply pair back the dosage.
