Food sensitivities- case study
We often see multiple food sensitivities in clients who suffer from skin condition like eczema. The approach that we find works best in a case like this is to start by removing what hurts and then add in what heals.

Here’s how we might approach that:
Remove —
- Avoid as many of the foods on the list. We don’t recommend cutting out all these vegetables but reducing their intake. Leafy greens are often best tolerated.
- Sugar
- Food additives
- Caffeine
Replace —
- Probiotics, L-Glutamine, Aloe vera, bitters and digestive enzymes to heal gut inflammation
- Zinc and Vitamin C to heal the skin
- Glutathione, turmeric, coriander and Milk Thistle to support the liver
