Fishy Business

What's for dinner? We are loving the idea of a fresh steamed fish Thai style. Where do we buy our fish? We are very careful about the sourcing of our fish and trust a few suppliers:


They do the hard work of sourcing the best fish from around the globe.


We don't eat tilapia as it is often farmed in poor conditions and not fed the best of diets (we won't get into what but it's pretty gross) It also contains less omega-3 than other fish like salmon, with a high omega-6 to omega-3 ratio which can contribute to inflammation in the body.


We like to suggest clients who eat fish to get 2 servings per week of the best quality they can of fatty fish like salmon, mackerel and sardines.
