Favourite Snacks On The Go

Although we are not big into snacking- there is a time and a place where snacks can really help- long haul flights, stuck at work with no signs of dinner or when transitioning between a processed to a whole-food diet.

Here are our top favorites:

  • Nuts and seed mix (we love @WholeKitchen options)
  • Seasnax seaweed sheets
  • Olives
  • Nut butter pouch- we love @Justins or @artisana

You’ll notice these snacks aren’t high in sugar (even natural sugars like dates or fruit) as we find a sugary snack really kicks starts cravings and leaves you hungrier than before.
