Coriander, cilantro or chinese parsley is one of our favorite herbs. It helps detoxify the liver and promotes bile production for better digestion and absorption of food.

We love using it therapeutically with clients who are on a detox program or for maintenance for those with detox markers that are a little sluggish.

Hate the taste? Some people simply cannot stand the taste of coriander and describe it as tasting like soap. New research from 23 & me suggests this could be down to a genetic variation or SNP.
