There are so many options- but as we near Easter we’re going all in for chocolate.
600ml coconut milk/ nut or oat milk or a mixture of both
3 Tbsp cocoa powder
Blend the above ingredients until smooth.
Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze.
*to make this an indulgent adult treat add 1-2 espresso shots
**Serve with roasted coconut flakes or dip in dark chocolate
