5 Quick Breakfasts

Some of our clients skip breakfast but for those that eat breakfast here are our top 5 favourite breakfasts that can be made the night before to save time in the morning.

  • Egg muffins (Mix eggs, sliced veggies and protein of your choice into muffin cups. Bake for 15 minutes until the egg is cooked. Et voila- egg muffins are served)
  • Chia pudding (mix 2 Tbsp chia seeds in your milk of choice- we like using a cup of almond or oat milk. Add 1 tbsp of nut butter and ½ cup blueberries- leave to set overnight)
  • Leftover patties with avocado slices (This one couldn’t be easier… save some patties from the night before and add some avocado slices)
  • Boiled eggs in lettuce wraps (a classic take on the egg mayo sandwich- smash 2 boiled eggs with avocado mayo, we currently love the brand Primal Mayo. Wrap in lettuce leaves)
