5 days of fasting mimicking 

With the ProLon® Fasting Mimicking Food Kit, you will be in a fasted state for 5 days, while still being able to be nourished, without triggering the body's food sensing system. You will be supported throughout the 5 days. 

Post-programme 

2 days transition

We will provide after- programme support to help you transition safely out of prolonged fasting. Learn how to nourish yourself with slow foods - you don't want to shock your digestion by eating big meals straight away.

Your 1st day of fasting will begin on 1st February 2021. The whole programme will run from 1st - 7th Feb, so make sure to plan out your social calendars prior.
