| AFTER TRAINING AS A MICROBIOLOGIST FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF BRISTOL, UK, POOJA WORKED IN THE HEALTHCARE INDUSTRY FOR OVER 15 YEARS.

It was during this time that Pooja started asking questions about what each person can do to maximize their own health potential. It is her belief that imbalances exist years before any disease can be detected. These may be chemical and energetic in origin and are affected by nutrients, genetics, environment and emotions. By identifying and correcting these imbalances early, nutritional and lifestyle changes can be successful in restoring balance.
Pooja was drawn to the field of nutrition, as it is an area of much discovery and change. Pooja is currently completing her Masters in Nutritional Therapy at Middlesex University in the UK.
